Learnnity (learnnity.in) sells digital products (e-Books). Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

General Rule

Since our products are digital (PDF / digital download) and are made available immediately after payment, refunds are generally not provided.

When a Refund Is Given

A full refund will be issued in the following situations:

• If your payment was successful but you did not receive the e-Book
• If you were accidentally charged twice (duplicate payment)
• If the file sent to you is technically corrupted and cannot be fixed even after resending

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or Email with your Payment ID / Transaction ID and a description of the issue
2. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
3. If your claim is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
